About Kevin Ulrich

A native Texan and Mays Business School graduate of Texas A&M University brings a wealth of interactive marketing knowledge to your business.

Armed with a MIS degree, Kevin began a humbling early career in the dot com industry during the late 90’s. He contributed to the development of GroceryWorks.com and Home Interiors & Gifts Online. He joined Temerlin McClain in 2001 where he evolved from a Programmer & Flash Production Artist, to a Web Developer, to a Producer and finally to the Director of Technology. Over the seven years at TM he worked on websites and online advertising for clients like: American Airlines, Nationwide Insurance, Fossil Watches, Discover Network, ExxonMobil, Adams Golf, ProStaff, Subaru, Nintendo and many others.

Kevin is considered an industry leader. He possesses significant experience with a broad spectrum of online technologies. He is a key resource for clients and team members, delivering consistent solutions and an in-depth understanding of all things web-related. When faced with a question, a problem, or a need for direction, Kevin is there for clients and team alike to answer it, explain it or utilize extensive research capabilities to find solutions.

In 2007, Kevin left his corporate career to start Achilles Interactive and has not looked back since. Now he provides his knowledge mostly to small-medium sized business and serves as a consultant to numerous advertising agencies.

Kevin serves as a board member for the Dallas Fort Worth Interactive Marketing Association. He has been on the winning team for numerous ADDY awards. He has also won a couple Ad:Tech awards for breaking barriers in advertising technology.

His work-related hobbies include owning and contributing to The Recipe Depot and RGB Photography Studio/Kevin Ulrich Photography. He will be featured as a contributing photographer in the fall 2010 release of Dallas Hotel Magazine, a new magazine available exclusively at luxury Dallas Hotels. Doubling as a photographer enables him to work closely with the art directors and take a client's product & environmental photography himself. For example, numerous product shots featured on The Hanger Project were taken by Kevin. His future professional photography endeavors include a photoshoot for DFW Town Cars featuring their luxury vehicle line and a Gulfstream V; And photographing a luxury beach hotel in the Bahamas.

In his spare time, he has been working to get his fictional coming-of-age novel published. He is producing a cookbook featuring some of his recipes from The Recipe Depot and some secret ones not available online. He has a snack mix company currently in the branding and pre-production stage. And he has accepted a request to teach a lecture series over the summer of 2010.
