Purpose: 
Our goal is to help student athletes improve their strength, power, speed, agility, flexibility and sport specific conditioning level through sensible nutrition and muscle building. Showing them how to get real results to compete as an elite athlete will give them real incentive to avoid the use of performance-enhancing drugs.

Topics:
Steroid Update 2009: A current look at the growing use of performance-enhancing drugs by athletes of all ages.
Injury Evaluation: Recognizing the signs of injury when they occur and prevent long-term or lifelong injuries.
Building Strength: The secrets to safe and effective conditioning to help athletes perform at their peak without the use of performance enhancing drugs.
Training the Elite Athlete: A professional approach for the serious athlete. Helping athletes master the game - mind, body and soul.
